Brilliant news, and after all this time! So pleased for their owners, and hope they are both ok. Welcome home lovely Bramble - stay safe now xxx

So pleased that you have your lovely dogs back after all this time. Can the police or dog warden now go onto the site where these two were found to check for any more stolen dogs. It is time the authorities toughened up on dog theft,so many families are devastated by this cruel crime. Stay safe now you two beauties. xx

Wonderful to hear this story after so long. You give so many other owners of lost/stolen dogs hope that there is every chance that theirs will be got back even after a long period of time. Stay safe you two as its still not a nice safe world out there. Well done to the lady who caught one and also for the police xx

Woo woo! Well that is just fantastic news, I am so happy for Bramble, Bracken and their family, brilliant and well done to the lady who caught Bracken and then made that all important statement to the police. This is when the police can go in, when they have a statement from someone. So happy, welcome home Bramble xx

email from owner...
Hi we had our dogs - 2 sprinters stolen in nov 2010. Their details were on this site but sadly nothing came of it. This week we got both back! A brilliant lady saw them running from a traveller site and caught one. She was chipped so we got her back straight away. The lady then kindly gave the police a statement about the other dog, so they were able to in and get our other dog as well! I wanted to let you know so other people might have some hope that they will see their dogs again.
Best wishes Deborah

This is not far from Andover SP11 where all those Spaniels 19734 were stolen,,,,,,, I would suggest you contact Lains Shooting School where they were stolen from. I would also suggest contacting Guss 26070 RG25 and Midge 26053 RG25 owner's (fortunatly Midge has been found Dumped 50 miles away) as very likley a connection Good Luck!xLast edited: 2010-11-13 14:53:14 by Reynard

Bramble & Bracken were taken from our farm / garden in Kings Worthy just outside Winchester. They are on the farm most of the time but we are down a long track so someone must have been watching the place for a while to know that.
