- The dogs owner has now been found and JD has now been returned home - Owner told to update microchip - they are only as good as the up to date details kept on them! DOG WARDENS do not know where every dog lives! It has now cost her over £80 in kennel fees. this would of been free if the details were kept up to date!!!!!
