I would like to say a massive thank you to Linda whose help and support during this stressful time was comforting. If it was not for the Posters sent by Linda then Ziggie would never have been found. The person who contacted me had seen one of the posters with a photo of the dog and my contact details. So happy to have the old boy home, on his wee bed eating like a king and all snuggled up next to the fire. Thank you Linda and thank you doglost.co.uk

He was found on Thursday, the same day as he went missing, and only a few doors from his home. Woman who found him gave him to her daughter who lives on a farm 10 miles away, but she just noticed one of the posters today and called the owner, who is going to pick him up after work.

This 18yr old boy has been found alive and well. Don't have the details yet but will update ASAP. Delighted and cannot wait to hear the news of how and where he has been.

Spoke to Ziggie's owner last night and there is no further news of him.His owner has been out postering and handing out fliers for days and has been searching day and night. Poor old Ziggie, surely he just cannot be braving the elememts at his age, and condition? He has dementia, and will be completely disorientated if he is out there alive somewhere.I am just hoping that someone has taken him in, but if they have why have they not informed the police that they have found and old, tired doggy who surely belongs to someone?

Hi, The location is Pennyburn, Kilwinning. Still no sign of Ziggie, getting a little worried now as its dark raning and been over 15 hours. Just hope some dog lover has him lying by the fire, Ziggie is 18-years-old.

Ziggie is 18 yrs old. Lives in Kilwinning. Called owner to offer advice. Ziggie went out for the toilet very late last night, and has not come back.Hope he is ok. He is quite infirm at 18 yrs old and would not have been able to go very far.
