- Please everyone keep puting up those posters, we no longer know where Tizzie is so the more posters far and wide the better. If possible leave some tear off strips with the telephone number so people can take the number with them! The Fair Maiden Fish Shop in Happisburgh now has a poster, do we know if anyone has contacted the Old Vicarage Gardens at East Rushton, sounds as though Tizzie was seen quite close to there and could have found hereself somewhere warm inside and possibly food there as well. We really do need to find this girl quickly with the weather as bad as it is! Which Radio station did the original appeal? Would they do a follow up and can the others be contacted? I know of BBC Radio Norfolk, Heart FM, North Norfolk Radio but I'm sure there is another one at least.
Sezza are you near Potter? Could you or someone from your club put some posters up at Lathams and around the car park there?

- No sightings reported today. Hoping Lankeela's right and she's found herself somewhere safe and dry. Her owner doesn't have internet access, but wants everyone to know how much she appreciates their efforts - she says she's learnt what a huge number of lovely people are around here - thank you (and keep looking of course!)

- Hi, we had posters up at our dog club in Potter Heigham last night and I put one in the Vets and Post Office in Stalham this morning. Hope she comes home safe and well very soon x
- 2010-11-26 12:19 Lankeela
- I used to live in Doggets Lane off Cart Gap, and I know how rural it is but there are lots of places to shelter. I will put Tizzie's details on easterndogscene as we have members in that area. Hope there is some good news soon.

- Just had a knock on the door, Tizzie has been seen two days running yesterday and day before in the same place! People have tried to contact owner but the number is not contacting - you need to have a vodafone number here to get reception! I have given them the number the man gave me this morning and they have gone back to check the place again now. It is at the end of Grub Street (Stalham end), Happisburgh. Again a lead / collar hanging around the head was mentioned! It is possible Tizzie has found somewhere warm and safe there!!!!!Last edited: 2010-11-25 19:21:40 by Xenas Mum - Area Volunteer, Norfolk

- Thank you to everyone who is helping with the search and postering.
I have spoken to the owner and there has been no further sightings of Tizzie today. Everybody in the area knows she is missing and I have ran through with the owner as to what to do if Tizzie is seen, no eye contact, crouching low to the ground etc. etc. Stay safe Tizzie until you are found xxx - 2010-11-25 13:50 Xenas Mum - Area Volunteer, Norfolk
- Jo was it the Happisburgh Cart Gap direction or the Sea Palling one?
- 2010-11-25 13:30 Jo
- No sightings reported yet today. I think the whole of Sea Palling has been looking for her - thank you! It was suprisingly sheltered at Sea Palling this morning. She was in someone's garden yesterday, with their dog, but was spooked by the owner, who hadn't realised she was there. Wouldn't be caught, although hung around for ages, before going off in Cart Gap direction.
Please Tizzie, it really is time to trust someone...Last edited: 2010-11-25 13:31:34 by Jo - 2010-11-25 12:09 Xenas Mum - Area Volunteer, Norfolk
- Have been out putting up posters this morning in the Doggetts Lane / Cart Gap area of Happisburgh. Met a man who was certain he saw Tizzie on Sunday evening at Witton, the Erdingthorpe cross roads, the dog was definately lost and he said it had a lead in its mouth - I believe Tizzie was wearing a headcollar! The dog wouldnt be caught and could well have been deaf - it actually ran into his car but he said it wasn't hurt at all. If this was Tizzie then she was on the right track to making her way home, I wonder why she then went off track ahh maybe she gets walked in Bacton Woods?
I met several people who were putting up posters and looking for Tizzie this morning, one was a friend of Mary (Owner) I think his name was Mike sorry I'm terrible with names anyway we exchanged telephone numbers.
Lost dogs often settle into a triange pattern so please everyone don't just poster where she was last seen the next time she may be back nearer home - I so hope so.
Come on Tizzie give yourself up and get back in front of that nice warm fire, stay safe girlie. - 2010-11-25 10:09 claire
- Come on Tizzie! Let those nice people catch you soon.

- Not sure about the Happisburgh sighting. But Tizzy was definitely in East Ruston on Tuesday, and in B each Road, Sea Palling this afternoon. Both times refused to be caught. Seems to be moving east, and fit and well so far - she's travelled at least 10 miles. Apologies to Xena's Mum - I've lost track of who I haven't told!

- I've put some laminated posters on my Fence so the dog walkers see them in the morning and will try and print some handouts for when I walk tomorrow. Any news on this afternoons sighting?

- I can't believe I haven't had an E-Mail alert for Tizzy - I am in Lighthouse Lane Happisburgh!!! I saw some posters this afternoon but then had to go out, a friend of mine in Surrey has just e-mailed to see if I was aware that Tizzy was missing! It is very cold and has been snowing this evening I hope she is holed up somewhere warm. Will keep my eyes peeled and pass the message around.
