Thsi male dog could be a JRT X boder. he was found this lunch time by someone who handed him to lady who is currently looking after him under 28 day ruling. There was no one around but had been left in a place would easily be spotted.
Maybe he was taken then they had second thoughts hence tied up to be found.
Age approx 6 to 8 months by teeth which are youngters teeth.
Full of flea dirt and possibly problems with ears. he will be taken to vets tomorrow for a full body scan plus get treatment for fleas and get ears checked.

rough coated head is a gingery tan body white with some more tan colour on body.Some white hairs running through the colour with white around the mouth areas.
There is a photo held but if anyone feels this could be their dog then make contact sending a photo for comparison
