He was found 3 miles up the road. No sign of him for months.

Wizard was found today, sadly he was dead on the verge. Spoke to local people and they said he had only been there since Sunday. What I want to know is - Where is his collar, who has been looking after him and why did they not report him found. Wizard was in great condition and would had not survived the winter, unless someone was feeding him.

I have spoken to the Kennels regarding Dog 26786 and this dog is called Sam. His chip is from the Nottingham area, so this can not be Wizard.

Lady from Eastcombe shop told a friend that another Jack Russell was stolen from Bisley on the 27th November 2010 (Same nigth Wizard went missing). Starting to wonder if he has been stolen now, rather than lost.

jessica might be worth contacting Bathurst Estate office in Cirencester park to alert keepers wardens etc, drop posters into the sawmill office, and in the village of Coates. Good luck !

Had a call this evening to say that a small Jack Russell dog was spotted running by Hailey Wood saw mill on the A419 between Stroud and Cirencester. Can you keep a look out around this area to see if this was Wizard. We have been up and looked around tonight, but have had no luck.

bumped due to media coverage , Good luck owners . Keep postering like mad and keep a high profile its what get dogs home. Keep calling all rescues on a daily basis as she is not chipped , the 7 day rule says she could be re homed and if not claimed so you need to make everyone aware she is your dog !

maybe try an appeal in the stroud news and journal and citizen, they are usually really helpfull about lost dogs, also radio gloucester they will put out an hourly appeal, and spread the posters further maybe... come on little one its time you showed yourself...

Thanks for everyone's help. Still nothing. I have called the police, vets, local council and tekels. The farm is located in Quarhouse, Brimscombe so he could have gone in any direction (Claypitts, Brimscombe, Bisley or Lypiatt).

this little dog went missing on saturday night, from a rural area, he was let out in the garden and disapeared, which is out of character for him... they are doing all the right things, and will poster today.... they feel he may have gone down a badger sett... but cant hear anything when they have listened.... i will give a poster to the royal mail sorting office and put on face book
