Welcome home Alfie xx
DogLostOwl
Alfie was picked up by a couple who found him wandering and took him to vet to be scanned. Owner had driven round the fields very late last night blowing whistle and thinks the sound might have reached him and brought him back in the right direction.
DogLostOwl
Have spoken to Alfie's owner, who has other pointers and has been involved with working pointers for many years so there is nothing that Wispa and I can do which isn't being done already. Owner has been out covering a large area with his other dogs but no sign of Alfie so far.
DogLostOwl
This is only 20 miles or so away from me so will phone tomorrow. Will find out name of dog as obviously the name given is that of owner.
