- Sol was picked up last night at the industrial estate at Ecclesfield, just on the other side of the M1 by J36. The security guards found him wandering in a frozen and confused state and took him into their office and warmed him by the radiator. They called the police who gave them a number to call in the morning, presumably the DW. Eventually he settled down enough to let them have a good look over him, and they found his number on his collar and rang owner very early this morning. Sol has lost a few pounds and is filthy and matted but will be fine.Last edited: 2010-12-23 13:13:49 by Owl

The rescue kennels in the area is Cliffe Hoylandswaine (reported), Springfields Ossett, Mount Pleasant Doncaster. Barnsley animal rescue Centre (BARC).
Been told that its always better to see the kennels in person and bring a poster with you.
I'm still new to this so if anyone else have more suggestions or correction to my comments please comment too.
Come home soon Sol. xxxx - 2010-12-19 20:04 Jods

- The trail went from Hober Stand to the fishing pond across 2 fields and a lane, lots of fresh scent there, and then down a lane towards a copse which Sol knows. We continued on the trail until well after dusk thanks to moonlight reflected on snow, but finally had to stop. Sol can hunt so can feed himself, the main worry is his epilepsy.
