He's back. Neighbour more than half a mile away has an in-season Lab (probably in pup now - she's taking it to the vet as she came home to find them playing together!!) He spent the night tucked up in their kitchen - and was not at ALL pleased to see me.

He may be found - just spoke to a neighbour who heard someone else had found a terrier answering his description. Sounds good! Will update shortly.

Thanks to Emmabeth1 for posting Benny's details. Worried sick about him and have spent hours searching the farm and every nook and cranny where he might have gone if he'd been kicked by a horse (although he rarely enters the horses' fields.) I've had him 3 years and he's never strayed before - why on EASRTH would he start in this weather?
