- Thanks Miss_C for letting us know the great news and replying to the text, I did post an update to say he was home but lost connection. This is one of the reasons we always strongly recommend to visit kennels in person and not rely on phonecalls. Great to see him going into the blue and hope he is o.k. give him an extra big hug from everyon on DL. Jan x

- Hi.. so sorry to see Niko missing. Have you postered in the take away's near the Library? also the local McDonalds? The taxi rank there is also a good place. Posters do get taken down a lot in this area.. quite a few of mine have been removed in the past as fast as i put them up but please don't lose faith. Ask as many shop owners as you can to display one for you, they are usually quite helpful for us :) The more shop windows you can get a poster in the better. I'll keep cross posting details too. Hope Niko is found safe and warm very soon.
I'll forward my contact details to Niko's owner now. Adele x - 2010-12-24 20:55 Majorjet (Jan) - Area Co-ordinator - Liverpool/Merseyside, North West
- Thanks for updating us Miss_C and replying to the texts. Keep up with the postering they are the key to spreading the word, it only takes that one person to recognise him and make that most important call.
I spoke to Halewood RSPCA again this morning to check on a few NW dogs. They will be open again on Monday until 4.00pm while the weather is bad. There has been no Yorkies handed in but would be great if you could go and double check the dogs in the kennels. I will email you some info/advice and contact numbers for the area etc. Jan x - 2010-12-24 11:55 Miss_C
- We put up the posters and they keep being ripped down. We dont know whether someone has him and are keeping him. Kennals and vets we have tried. We are going to try to get to the RSPCA. We are all just hope he will be home safe. C X

- Just wondering if the owner has actually visited the RSPCA or anywhere else Niko might have been taken. I have known a number of cases where friends have been told on the phone that their dog is not there, yet they have found it there when they visited the centre. Please do not rely on what they tell you on the phone. I hope you find Niko soon, I have posted on Facebook, so fingers crossed!

- Sent a text earlier tonight to see it there was any news. Family have tried Halewood RSPCA and given details to vets in the area, posters have been getting put up in the area. I've updated the details to show up on the DL poster. Keeping everything crossed he is found soon. Good luck. Jan x
