- So sorry to hear your news. We also lost our puppy recently and know how devestating it is... they are too inquisitive for their own good. Run free at the Bridge little Bowie and here's hoping you and little Daisy will become firm friends!

- hey I've got mates who work in sainsburys in rhyl will ask then to keep a eye out around the back and in the scrub-lands behind the store!! hope he is seen soon I'm still looking for him when ever I can!! xx
- 2011-01-20 15:37 Deb4gsd
- Yes, I will let them know about Bowie and to keep an eye out for him. If he is in Trelogan, they will soon get to hear about him. There is a young daughter who plays with all the kids in the village and get's to go to different houses in the village, so I'm sure sooner or later, Bowie will be spotted if he is there!

- Hi,Deb we went up to Trelogan many times to try find him after a lady phoned and said she had seen him,can you please ask your friends to keep a eye out for him,Thanks for all your help.(it could be another false alarm)

- Hi, just seen this weeks Rhyl Journal with the follow up story of Bowie. You mentioned the sighting in Meliden turned out to be another dog, but you mentioned a sighting in Trelogan also, what happened with that? was it another false alarm? I have friends in Trelogan, all connected with dogs, and also being a small village, tend to know everyone and anything that happens! lol!

- Thank you for your help. We have searched the area and still no sign of Bowie. The local papers are running the story again this week so hopefully we will have him back soon. Thanks again. . . Roger

- Don't know if you've found your little dog but we saw a very similar little dog on its own about 5.30 tonight walking towards Rhuddlan just after Bryn Cwybr nursing home (near sainsburys), it was very dark and hard to see any detail but the dog had a bedraggled look about him, it was a scruffy terrier type, I couldn't stop as I had to pick my daughter up, we kept our eyes peeled all the way back but couldn't see it anywhere, hope this helps.

- Hi. I saw the poster in Meliden shop today and have reposted this page on my Facebook. I will keep my eyes open for him as I come through Dyserth and Meliden every day. I hope so much that you get him back.
- 2011-01-06 15:40 Deb4gsd
- That's encouraging that he has been spotted! I have family living in Meliden so will ask them to keep there eyes open for him. They have children, so they may get to hear about the dog or see it if a family has now got Bowie! Fingers crossed for more sightings and his safe return!

- Thank you for all your support in trying to find Bowie. He was seen yesterday in the Medliden/Dyserth area with a family, walking. There are now posters in these areas. The story of Bowie is now in the Journal and the Flintshire Chronicle. We have to every rescue centre and are continuing to ring them. Once again, thank you... Roger Roberts

BUMPED due to media coverage. - 2011-01-04 23:04 Deb4gsd
- Hi, have just seen your piece about Bowie, with photo in Rhyl Journal! Fingers crossed this brings some good news!!
- 2011-01-02 17:38 Deb4gsd
- has there been any news or sightings of your pup? I live in LL18 area (Rhyl), but you say your pup was lost in Pen y ffordd. Whereabouts in Pen y Ffordd? Which rescue centres have you contacted so far? Trelogan is the one that the dog wardens take the rescues to as I found a Husky loose and running in the roads. I caught her and after looking for an owner, I phoned DW and she said they will take her to NCAR (Trelogan)but I drove her there myself, and luckily she was chipped.
Hope your pup is found safe very soon! - 2010-12-29 16:22 Roger Roberts
- Will call local radio stations tomorrow. I am sending out letters to over 40 vets today in hope that someone will take him in. Thank you for all your help, please continue to help as the family really wants Bowie back home. He is missed dearly.
