I was so pleased to get this phone call yesterday!! I have been in London with the rescue dogs that i help when Mouse's owner called me to say she was home.. BRILLIANT NEWS!! I bet she got really really spoilt last night & it's great to hear she will now be getting a chip. Stay safe little girl :) Lots of love & hugs..Adele xx

hi jan and everyone mouse is home whippee, she was at the end of the road, i had a strange phone call to say they knew who had my dog and he told me where she was she was at the bottom of my road. thankyou for all your hard work if i can help you at any time please let me know

Mouse is HOME, thanks Adele for the text. Owners have located her locally and called to the house today and Mouse was there. Great she has been found, family have worked so hard and it has paid off. She will be getting CHIPPED a.s.a.p. Welcome home Mouse and into the BLUE you go. Jan x

Called into the RSPCA to check on NW dogs and did not see her in the kennels. Met up with her owner who was visiting the kennels to also see if she was there. Owner has had a phone call of a possible sighting on 23rd Dec and have postered the area. Great to see the posters are working. They are also following up a reported found one which in Manchester and is on the AW website but no photo. Family are going to carry on with the postering and spread the word as far afield as possible. Jan x

When I spoke to Halewood RSPCA and they said they had one in there (mentioned in my previous post) I thought it would be a match until they said the date she was handed in. After contacting owner I actually know the family. I've cropped original photo to bring her closer, others that have been sent are not as clear but will see what I can do them and will do various size posters a.s.a.p. Jan x

Thanks Jan :) There is also a possibility that she may have headed towards Prescot Road via Liverpool Rd.. in which case she would end up in Cronton or the Rainhill area of L35.. fingers crossed she is home safe soon x

Have now spoken to owner. All the right people have been contacted, local DW, Halewood RSPCA, local vets, local police and warrington police. Their little girl sneaked out of a door that was left open accidently between 12-1pm on Wednesday 22/12.. she went with another dog but the other dog returned. She has recently been clipped and so her coat is short as shown on the pic, her tail and her face are both feathered. She was not wearing a collar. She is a confident little girl & approachable, she will go upto people and/or other dogs.

I have advised to poster like crazy which the owner intends to do today.

Also suggested contacting Phoenix rescue as she has gone missing before and was picked up in Warrington.

Have left my contact details with owner and hopefully tomorrow when businesses are open as usual, she will be found safe tucked up in a kennel waiting for her family to find her.

There is a Shih Tzu in Halewood RSPCA picked up in L35 on 19th Dec, up until when I spoke to them on Friday there was no other Shih Tzu's in the kennels matching this girls description. RSPCA is open on Monday. Jan x
