Just in case.....I have found a lovely black Lurcher or Greyhound bitch. I would estimate that she is about 8 years old and a lovely temperament. She has no collar and her tail was missing a little fur, but other than that she is in good health and seems quite content.
She is all black with a white patch of fur on her neck and her fur is starting to go grey in places.

- I had also seen the sickening news item and feared the same, but in the photo, both dogs look fawn colour. Poor babies, how can anyone do such a thing to these poor dogs!

- Many Tears have had a few - Found- dogs handed into them over the festive period sadly not your ones so far - 2 have been reclaimed but 1 Lurcher Black with White (Male) + 1 Poodle type dog are still there. The people that are finding these dogs are being told by the Police just to let them go.....so keep checking their site just incase the same thing happens to your Lurchers. Fingers crossed you get them home soon.

- If your dog is microchipped please let the microchip company know that your dog is missing and check that all details are up to date.
- Owners targeted by a malicious hoaxer demanding money for the return of their dog should phone the police on 101 immediately and contact admin@doglost.co.uk
