Just to let you know that when I called the vets this morning about checking for a chip he'd been reported missing. Dog and very relieved owners now reunited :)

Oh bless him, he looks like he has cataracts poor old lad.no wonder he was disorientated, i really hope he has an owner looking for him somewhere and isnt just another christmas casualty. what a lovely old boy.finger crossed the start to this new year sees him safely back home xxx

Thanks. I've just added a photo. Have been putting word out of Facebook locally all evening. Police were useless, just gave me the council switchboard number. Bad timing as everything's closed for the weekend but he's safe here. I just hope his owner isn't searching the streets as we're a few miles away from where I picked him up.
