Oh my goodness! I'm absolutely thrilled to see that this beautiful old girl has been reunited. Because of her age, I'd been so worried about her. As Shereen has said, please keep us updated and perhaps you could also let us have a reunited piccie once she gets back on her feet. Smudge really does have one of the loveliest faces I've ever seen. Wishing this very precious girl a good and speedy recovery..x

Best news ever. She has just been found!!! Very thin, disorientated, scared and with an injured leg but alive after a week out in all weathers. Thank you to the wonderful people who reported sighting her and everyone else for all their help. Happy New Year xx

Thank you everyone for your wonderful help and support. We have searched extensively and no sign so can only hope someone has picked her up. Please, please everyone keep looking and spreading the word. She is such a darling old dog. One kind couple saw a black dog which could have been her crossing the A40 at Henllan Lodge between Pemblewin roundabout and Llanddewi Velfrey at 1.45 a.m. on New Years Day morning. They stopped to try and get her as there was heavy ferry traffic on the road but she had disappeared. They thought she might have been injured as she was limping but that would have been a long way for her to have walked so it may just be because she is old. They reported it to police and asked them to go and find her but this does not seem to be registered on police computer even through they were given an incident number. Pleas for help have gone out on local paper's website and radio plus wonderful people are helping to poster everywhere so we have our fingers and toes crossed. Please, please keep looking and spreading the word.
