So glad he is safe now, thanks for everything Rebekah, and Carly at Mayhew. The dog network in this area is brilliant with so many caring people willing to go that "extra mile".

We have now caught this dog. He is a male, entire akita/ chow/ staff mix type. Medium in size, white with tan head and tan body spots, curly tail. No microchip or collar. Appears to be a young adult. Many thanks, Rebekah. Brent AWO

We have started to feed the dog up in the green space by the stables, under an oak tree – Follow asphalt path to right past paddock, path comes out in open space, silver bowl with food under oak tree straight ahead. The plan is to get him up there on a regular basis so we can lay a trap if ness as unfortunately he is very nervous. We are spending time up there each day to try and get close enough to slip a lead on, but we are also building the way to trap him, using a dog trap, if needed. If we have not caught him by Friday 7th I would ask residents and dog walkers to please stop feeding him over the weekend so he is hungry enough to want to take our bait in the trap when we lay it on Monday. The trap will not be left unattended or over night. Please visit http://www.brent.gov.uk/eh.nsf/Pages/LBB-160 to see picture of dog, as I have been unable to add it to this profile. Many thanks, Rebekah. Brent AWO.
