hi hun a dog similar to this was found yesterday in the marden area she is female no collar but longer furred which may have grown can you take a look on missing pets in kent ive posted a pic there x my names tania goldfinch

Sorry to hear that Dora is missing.

I'm probably stating the obvious but in addition to the useful information given by Admin, please notify the landlords of The Fighting Cocks and other village pubs, as well as those on the A20 from Swanley/Farningham down to Wrotham Heath (and don't forget the Oakdene Cafe and other biker and trucker stops between the Wrotham Heath and Maidstone - this is how two people near me in Wrotham have found their dogs - and the garden centres/farm shops off the A20 in Ash and Allington and the A25 in Ightham) and pubs in Eynsford, Otford and the Hawley Road into Dartford, and ask if you can put a poster on their notice board or bar. You're not far from Brands Hatch so letting those who gather there regularly know and giving them a poster is an idea (don't be put off by the "bikers", they're a friendly lot).

I will let the pubs here in Wrotham know and try to let those in Borough Green know as well.

• If your dog is microchipped please let the microchip company know that your dog is missing and check that all details are up to date.
• Owners targeted by a malicious hoaxer demanding money for the return of their dog should phone the police on 101 immediately and contact admin@doglost.co.uk
• A photograph of your dog is essential for the website. If you have not already uploaded one, please do so by clicking on Update details. Alternatively you can email it to admin@doglost.co.uk quoting the dog's DogLost ID number: (27224)
• Obtain a missing poster by clicking on View poster above. Posters are very important so start postering now!
• You will need to be logged in to upload photos, edit your dog's details, or add comments. You can add comments by clicking on Click here to add a comment.
• Contact dog wardens, vets and local rescue centres, and in Scotland, the Police. Give a detailed description with any distinguishing marks/scars or send them a copy of your DogLost poster. You can find vets in your area here.
