Phoebe was being kennelled by her owner because he lost his wife on New Years Eve: four days later someone broke into the kennels and took a lead and only stole Pheobe. Who took her? Where is she? Photo being sought but in the mean time please help his grieving owner and the kennels recover Pheobe safely. Pull out all stops on this one, please helpers!
