Thank God she is safe and not badly injured. Poor girly has had a terrible time and must have been so frightened.Hope she is back to her normal self soon.

Sorry, cant seem to get a photo uploaded. Have spoken to Wendy and the vet is certain that she was hit by a vehicle although she is one lucky girl as there is no long term damage from that.

She has wounds on the front of her legs which the vet thinks came from jumping on a metal fence and getting stuck. The vet thinks she is very very lucky to have survived that.

She was found near the railway station in someones garden and was so happy to see John.

Again Wendy and John are so grateful for everyone's help in putting up posters etc as this is what ultimately brought her home.

Uno is home from the vets. Not spoken to Wendy yet but have seen a photo and she looks a bit battered and bruised. Added the photo as the extra image as could not find anywhere to put the reunited photo.

Hope you will update us on how she is, and of course a re-united photo.

Sounds like she has a few injuries and needs stitches. Vet appointment in an hour.

Fantastic. So relieved for everyone concerned. Hope this gorgeous girl is ok. No doubt a visit to the vet will be planned if she has been in a RTA.
Well done Uno for being brave enough to venture near enough to be found.
Drevalefay
Great news. Uno has been found. Someone phoned John and said they thought she was in the neighbours garden. John went and it was her. She is on her way home.

Thanks to everyone.

We are planning on setting up a virtual stake out area (vans, lines, rigs, and quie) to see if that brings her out this evening.

Oh no ! At least she is still alive and running around so hopefully it is just minor injuries, but agreed, she will be frightened as she has had a shock. She is so near to home yet has not come back.
Drevalefay
Wendy has had a phonecall from a local shop owner who saids that a customer saw Uno being knocked down by a van between 6 and 7 pm on wednesday night.
The driver was seen to get out but she got up and bolted. She maybe injured which is another reason why she is so terrified and wont come out of hiding.Last edited: 2011-01-07 10:26:47 by Drevalefay

Uno was seen at 10pm last night at the same place she was seen yesterday morning. She is not far from home but obviously too scared to come out of hiding.Owner Wendy was only a few feet away from her when a car spooked her and she ran off into what used to be the Glenburn bing/next to the new air traffic control centre.
Drevalefay
No further sightings. Hopefully posters put up today and tomorrow will help. Any information is desperately needed.
Drevalefay
Thanks, I know Wendy and John appreciate any help at all.

They are taking their other dogs to the area she was last seen to feed them there in the hope that noise will bring her out of hiding.

Have spoken to Uno's owner and it seems they everything has been done that is possible, to find this girl. She was seen again this morning at 5am at an industrial estate not too far from home, so hopefully might be trying to find her way back.

Local radio station being contacted as have local SSPCA and dog wardens in the Irvine and Ayrshire area who are all looking out for her.
