- Paul has just this minute CAUGHT TALLY. There was a shoot on in the area she has been sighted and she was hanging around, then got pushed to another wood and finally was making her way back to the area she was spotted in yesterday. Luckily Paul was there walking the verges with his other dog. The other dog picked up her scent and she was a looking at them under the hedge but wouldn't come out. Paul sent his other dog through the hedge and after a few tentative minutes Tally followed her back to Paul. She is extremely thin but should make a full recovery with a lot of tlc. Welcome home sweetheart bet your dad will sleep well tonight.

- Great news, shame Tally was not located to day.
Scenting would be good it is very effective just recently an owner left his jacket (with his scent on) in the area and the dog was found , as he was sat on it waiting for dad! Good Luck!Last edited: 2011-01-14 21:44:17 by Reynard - 2011-01-14 18:25 AlisonH
- Just had a text from owner. His other dog did manage to pick up Tally's scent in the place she had been spotted but sadly they did not find her. I have now given him scenting and triangular plotting instructions.

- Owner got a call today from a man who spotted a dog fitting Tally's description in Flintham last night. She was scavenging in a hedge bottom, wet through and looking scruffy. Owner is going to take his other dog over there later this afternoon in the hope that she can track her down. Bumping because of the sighting.Last edited: 2011-01-14 18:03:14 by AlisonH

- Hope Tally is found soon , looking at her face in the photo she does look worried so perhaps a nervous dog, & should be appraoched with care?

- There were 2 sightings of her yesterday she was seen heading in 2 different directions. First one east towards the villages of East Stoke, Elston, Flintham and Bingham. Second sighting heading towards Newark town centre. Owner going to poster those areas today.

- Verges checked last night and thankfully no sign of her. It seems Tally escaped from her pen just after feeding time.
- 2011-01-11 08:56 AlisonH
- Owner is checking verges as he had a message to say a black and white dog had been seen walking along the A46. Have told him to check with the highways department.

- What are the circumstances please, hope the gorgeous Tally is found quickly. Good Luck! x
