There is a small chance that this may be my old dog that i got from the rescue centre with alice, my ex was supposed to have been keeping her but i heard that he escaped and he never reported him missing, it sounds like it could be him but do you have any pics? Also how old is he? If its the same Buster he will be about 1 1/2 - 2yrs old now, it doesnt say an age above. He will also have a small scar on the top part of his front leg (left if my memory serves me correctly) I have pics i can email if you dont, just to confirm/rule out?
