TOMMY IS FOUND!!! In nearby garden in disused small swimming pool. We think he chased the cat into the garden and obviously got trapped. Seems fine. Thank you so much people for your help and input. It really helped us a lot XXX

Hi Dee, that number for the dog warden was for Brighton area, and we are actually in Lewes district area - it's one of those one side of the road is Brighton and the other is Lewes scenarios! I rang Lewes council on Saturday and they said they would pass details on to their area dog warden but not sure if they work over the weekend. Sue

Hi Sootysue. The out of hours dogwarden for your area is on 07827 967088. However with a chip, Tommy should have been id'd to you if he's been picked up by them. Do check your chip company has up to date details. If he's used to being an escape artist then try and lure him home by scenting. I'll email you in a second some advice x
