Thanks everything for helping owner, I did try to ring owner at lunch time and also this evening but only have the landline number. It is great Sally has been found and is now safe, it is common practice proof of ownership is required when claiming dogs from kennels. As you say Ashmark poor Sally must be confused seeing her owner and having to stay in the kennels, owner must of been upset to leave her behind. Look forward to seeing her in the blue tomorrow. Owner went Manchester dogs home this afternoon but after identifying Sally as his dog they wouldn't allow him to take her home because he didn't have a utility bill on him as proof of id. He drove back to Oldham to get one but couldn't make it back to Manchester before closing time. Poor Sally must be so confused seeing her dad and then having to stay overnight. She will be picked up in the morning. Owner thanked Doglost for all the help.

Spoke to ashmark and as soon as owner sends photo to her phone we will have his mobile number and be able to ring to let him know where sally is.

Phone call to HQ to say sally is in their works yard ,HuntLane, Chadderton, in a place called Greenbooth construction....Owner not answering phone. have advised to call dog warden...yard cannot be secured and the loud noises are keeping Sally from approaching. Finders have left food out for her which she is taking.
