Another sighting of Polly - Sapperton 4pm yesterday. Seems she is heading away from home. It was near the Bell. Pubs/school postered there now. She seems to be sticking to the roads/lanes so please look out if driving in area. Off to look there now. Thank you.

Owner gone to Frampton to poster and flyer this new area where Polly was seen running yesterday afternoon at about 3pm. She may also have been heard howling at Brimscombe late last night. She may be using the canal path/cycle track as a corridor between Sapperton/Frampton/Stroud. Contact is postering further towrds Cirencester too.

last sighting was near the crown at frapton mansell

Chalford milkman putting flyers out with the milk. Just about to do leaflet drop of houses near Marle Hill, which is next to Dark Lane.
Pod
Postered area round France Lynch rec. at first light, handed out flyers to dog walkers, flyered cars and homes bordering the park. Also checked river/canal again at Chalford rec. If Polly tried to make her way home she may well have used cycle path between Chalford and Stroud so covering that next. Network Rail have no news, vets and dog wardens being contacted again this am.

This little dog is not a hunter and comes from the town so maybe likely to stay on roads, paths. She may be heading back towards Stroud so please keep lookout there too. When she was last seen, she was walking so she may already be tired. She may not come to people she does not know but please report any sightings as soon as they happen. Thank you.
Pod
Yes, we have been concentrating the search on Chalford Rec, footpath along river towards Sapperton and back towards Thrupp. Also telling dog walkers and pedestrians in Chalford High Street, Coppice Hill, France Lynch. Owner thinks she may have gone further away from France Lynch so posters are required tonight in Chalford, Bussage, Thrupp, Brimscombe and all along the London Road to Stroud. Also Brantwood Road, Cowcombe Hill, Randall's Green. Am aiming to do some as owners are still out on foot and have no computer access. Photo of Polly being prepared too...Last edited: 2011-02-02 21:36:19 by Pod

Coppice Hill goes down to the High Street and then into Marley Lane which is next to the railway line. I presume it will be best to poster the High Street (shops)
