Photo's taken on laptop so not very good i'm afraid. He has white feet and a white tip to his tail. His body is mostly black with a tan face and some tan on his legs. He was found on some fields but didn't have very muddy feet and he is very clean so has probably only been out for a short time. I hung around the field with him for about an hour and took him for a walk through the centre of town to see if anyone was looking for him. Good luck in your search.
