- Long shot but there is a female black lab on www.hyndburnstraydogsinneed.co.uk (go to home and then scroll down to link for dogs needing a home link) they pick up from all over east lancs and I suppose it is possible she may have travelled.

- Spoken to owner, Charlie is still missing. She got out of the garden when a fence panel blew down in the bad weather. The DW did contact them two days after she went missing with regards to a black Lab that had been involved in a fatal RTA, owners did go to see it but it is not 100% certain that it was Charlie, the poor dog had bad facial injuries. No Chip was found but as we know these can move, the coat of the found dog was also different and it had no collar on. Family are still looking out for Charlie, they have photo/s on a camera and will try and get them to us a.s.a.p. The Chip Co have been notified she is missing. I will email further/info advice for the area. Details updated to show up on her DL poster. Keeping everything crossed Charlie is found soon and reunited back with her family. Jan x
