- Glad to hear Smokey has been found. Please get him microchipped asp.
Looking at the photo supplied Smokey appears to be a lurcher and not a saluki, this could be crucial if he were to go missing again without ID. Hope this helps. - 2011-02-17 14:27 Doris
- he was found last night at ston easton park, and taken to bristol dogs and cats, we were reunited earlier am so happy. Thank you all.

- I'll get someone to send you scenting instructions, it will help especially if he has been seen several times in the same area - and if you can, leave something of yours (t shirt, coat) at the point where you lost him as littlehelper says, they do go back to the place where they were last with you. If Smokey would know his way home from where he went missing, leave his bed out, if you can leave access open to your home as he may well find his way back on his own. Good luck, I hope he is home very soon.

- Have had a good sighting of him at ston easton area today.have been out nearly all day looking, had some good news a lady who tried to catch him said he wasn't injured, but ran off. I am greatly appreciating you all keeping your eyes peeled. The lady did say she has had at least 4 sightings of him in that area. Hope tomorrow brings more luck .

- Sorry to hear Smokey is missing. Have showed the poster to a few people and on my way out tomorrow I will go via Farrington Gurney and keep my eyes open (a bit impossible for me to search during the day as I have 18 month old twins). Sam x
