Dear Sir/Madam,
DB Regio Tyne & Wear Ltd operates stations and trains on the Tyne and Wear Metro on behalf of Nexus.
We are committed to carry out inspections of our Metro stations to ensure that we are achieving our customer service standards. This includes providing a high standard of information and removing any graffiti or litter (which also includes unauthorised posters or fly stickers).
Whilst recently examining one of our stations at East Boldon, Tyne & Wear the poster (see photo below) was found attached to a lamp post in the car park. Which, unfortunately we had to remove from the lamp post as it impacts on the customer service standards set by Nexus. I have had the poster put on display within the community notice board at East Boldon metro station, where it will remain for the next 2 weeks
In future, if you require any poster to be displayed on or near our stations please email community@twmetro.co.uk where we will be more than happy to help you with your enquiry.

- Started putting up posters further away from where Zara was last seen, no reports or calls after newspaper ads, also going to try posters in and around Asda and Morrisons.

- Today put posters up on lamp posts etc around where Zara was last seen, and spoke to quite a few people. Still searching. Another advert booked for newspapers over weekend.

- BUMPED as Zara has been in local newspapers this week ! No news at all of Zara since she was last seen In the Cricket Ground, Sunderland Road on Wednesday 16th February. Her owner has reported her as missing to the dog warden and has been checking at 3 local stray kennels. Some postering has been done but I have suggested to her owner to try and get some posters up as someone MUST know where she is ! She may well have been taken in by someone and hopefully they will come forward ....... anyone finding a dog is required BY LAW to report this to the dog warden. Hoping for some news of Zara very soon ~ Pam

- Owner has assured me that the phone number is correct. Zara has only been with them for 4 days so no photo is available but they are going to contact the previous owner to check if they have one we could use.

- Sorry to see that ZARA is missing.
- If your dog is microchipped please let the microchip company know that your dog is missing and check that all details are up to date.
- Owners targeted by a malicious hoaxer demanding money for the return of their dog should phone the police on 101 immediately and contact admin@doglost.co.uk
- A photograph of your dog is essential for the website. If you have not already uploaded one, please do so by clicking on Update details. Alternatively you can email it to admin@doglost.co.uk quoting the dog's DogLost ID number: (28145)
- Obtain a missing poster by clicking on View poster above. Posters are very important so start postering now!
- You will need to be logged in to upload photos, edit your dog's details, or add comments. You can add comments by clicking on Click here to add a comment.
- Contact dog wardens, vets and local rescue centres, and in Scotland, the Police. Give a detailed description with any distinguishing marks/scars or send them a copy of your DogLost poster. You can find vets in your area here.
- If your dog has been stolen inform the police immediately and obtain a crime reference number (CRN). Send an email to stolen@doglost.co.uk.
- If your dog is picked up and taken to rescue kennels, it can be legally re-homed after seven days. Visit rescue centres in person and do not rely on checking by phone alone. Other people may not recognise your dog by your description, so give them a DogLost poster.
- Keep us updated by keeping your dog's page up to date and check for posts from helpers who may have suggestions and possible matches or sightings
- DogLost is free and anyone asking for money to find or return your dog is not volunteering for us. If you are concerned about an approach you have received, please email admin@doglost.co.uk
