There's a doggy event this coming Saturday-7th May-in Bohunt Manor, for rescue dogs in the area, Terry. Worth a visit, perhaps, and take his poster along in case any of them have seen him ? I hope to attend and will have my camera in case I spot him too. X

Ben is still missing.:(
Lynda
That's very promising that he's been seen locally-he's a very unique-looking boy so it is looking good. Wish I was more help but we're not close enough.
Terry
Thanks for text. We have still not found our lovely Ben. Ad went in paper last week but no joy. Ben is a very friendly dog and will come if called by name, even to strangers. We thought he was seen yesterday in Passfield, Hampshire, about three miles outside of Liphook but no luck when we went to search. More posters have gone up. He went missing from Griggs Green in Liphook.
Please can someone put out alerts in Passfield (not sure of the postcode) Thank you for all the help & support offered.

I too was wondering if there's an update...I do wish owners would keep people in the loop where they're being offered help.

Please can we have an exact location as to where Ben has gone missing from in Liphook.

Have there been any sightings of Ben at all since he went missing?

I know Liphook area a little so if I had any idea what has or has not been done it would be helpful.

I really hate to ask this question but has any one spoken to the railway?
Please Stay Safe Ben xxxx

Have cross posted to our site and Facebook page. Also let our associated rescues know, plus volunteers in Farnham, Alton etc. Please give us a call if you need further help - 07762 806191, as Liphook is part of the area we cover. Fingers crossed he'll be home soon.

Sorry to see that Ben is still missing. Have you thought about trying Eagle Radio with an appeal for any information. Mark Chivers is good for a lost dog story being a dog owner himself. It might jog someones memory, it also covers a wider audience. I'm sure you have thought of it, but could he be hiding up on Old Thorns Golf Course? By the way I'm at Beacon Hill, Hindhead if you need any assistance. Hoping he is home real soon.

Sorry to see that BEN is missing.
  • If your dog is microchipped please let the microchip company know that your dog is missing and check that all details are up to date.
  • Owners targeted by a malicious hoaxer demanding money for the return of their dog should phone the police on 101 immediately and contact admin@doglost.co.uk
  • A photograph of your dog is essential for the website. If you have not already uploaded one, please do so by clicking on Update details. Alternatively you can email it to admin@doglost.co.uk quoting the dog's DogLost ID number: (28205)
  • Obtain a missing poster by clicking on View poster above. Posters are very important so start postering now!
  • You will need to be logged in to upload photos, edit your dog's details, or add comments. You can add comments by clicking on Click here to add a comment.
  • Contact dog wardens, vets and local rescue centres, and in Scotland, the Police. Give a detailed description with any distinguishing marks/scars or send them a copy of your DogLost poster. You can find vets in your area here.
  • If your dog has been stolen inform the police immediately and obtain a crime reference number (CRN). Send an email to stolen@doglost.co.uk.
  • If your dog is picked up and taken to rescue kennels, it can be legally re-homed after seven days. Visit rescue centres in person and do not rely on checking by phone alone. Other people may not recognise your dog by your description, so give them a DogLost poster.
  • Keep us updated by keeping your dog's page up to date and check for posts from helpers who may have suggestions and possible matches or sightings
  • DogLost is free and anyone asking for money to find or return your dog is not volunteering for us. If you are concerned about an approach you have received, please email admin@doglost.co.uk
