- SILLA HAS BEEN FOUND! Silla is back safe and sound where she belongs. We had a phone call friday evening from a young adult near Peterborough, to whom we are extremely gratefull to in doing the right thing by contacting us. Silla is a little traumatised by events, but nothing that lots of TLC can't put right. A big thank you for everyones help and support over the last horrendous 3 weeks.

- hi clare i walk my dogs near helpston (southy woods, hanglands, and helpston road through to woodcroft to marholm and castor) so will keep eyes open and pass word out to others in area, also have friends at stables in woodcroft so will alert them, Have you thought of alerting the wardens from ferry meadows? they drive round the castor marholm hanglands southywood area quite regularly throughout the day.

- Hi - the owner of Cilla here. Thanks everyone for getting things moving to find Cilla. In answer to melsg question we live in Helpston just 7 miles from where Cilla was. I also have further information about her. Firstly, she has a distinctive over bite on her lower jaw. Secondly, which is more concerning, is that she had a bout of colitus last month, so if that repeats itself she will need veterinary care. We have notified local vets should they treat a Schauzer to check her chip (she is microchipped). Is there anyway of contacting other vets outside the Peterborough area?
She also had her spay op a few months ago and the scar is still visible. - 2011-03-02 15:49 whizz

- Cilla was being looked after by the owner's parents when she escaped from their garden. This is only about 5 miles from where she lives so is quite possible she would have tried to make her way home. Dog warden and local vets have been notified and there has been alerts put out on the radio and ads put in the local paper. Owner's parents have no internet but are sorting out an address that I can send information through to them on. Hopefully we will have a photo of Cilla soon. Stay safe Cilla until you are found xxx
