Hi All,

Just to let you know we have Ruby safely home where she belongs now! We spend some time with her yesterday, we could stroke her ear and touch her paws and say our goodbyes in our own special way!

She's sleeping now and the angels will take care of her!

we'd walk right up to heaven to bring her home again!"

So sorry to hear about your loss of lovely Ruby, all are love goes out to you and your family, i cant imagine how upside down your life will feel rite now. we are still out looking for are ozzy but we have a new friend to help us look for him, Are rescue dog jake makes things feel a bit easier some days when you think it cant get better and the kids are always there to make you smile.

Katie, we are all so sad about this. It is terrible. I lost my dog in a similar way last year and I can tell from your messages that you love Ruby so much. You are not alone, especially on this website! I still have no answers as to why something like this happens - I just have to trust that there is one. You have to do the same. And, you are totally correct - Ruby is your's forever - she will never leave you. Just because you can't see her, it doesn't mean she's not there. She's watching over you and your family and her doggie loved one - always. God bless you all and Ruby, safe in the arms of God. With love, Kim x

Hi All, thank you so much for all that you are doing but it is now time to stop searching! After postering for 2 days we had a call to say she had possibly been seen on the A1 in the central reservation.
After searching hard and numerous enquiries to police,highways and vets etc we have found out that sadly she has been knocked down by a van and later picked up by the highways agency.

They have'nt been able to identify her by her microchip however we have enough to know it is her!

We have arranged for Elysian Fields to collect her and just had a call to say she is safely on her way back now. We will view her at 10.30 in the morning and say our goodbyes then she will be cremated at 11am!

She maybe gone in body but she will stay with me forever!!!!! It hurts so much words cant explain.


For those of you still looking for your dogs, please remember POSTER POSTER POSTER!!! This helped us find our Ruby Doo although was not the result we were hoping for but proves posters do work! Never give up hope!!

Hi all, Thank you so much for your support! We have been out all evening targeting surrounding villages putting posters everywhere and just called it a day for tonight. Back straight to it first thing in the morning. No news yet but fingers crossed hey? I feel sick inside, my children are sad and my other dog is lossed without her. The house is so quiet too. Night x

Hi, So sorry Ruby is missing. Give posters to all vets in area, also your postal delivery office as my hubby is a postie and they do keep an eye out for lost dogs if they see them on their notice board at work. Hope she is soon home safe and sound. Come home soon Ruby!
