GOOD NEWS >>>>>> I have just had a phone call from the pound to say they have picked my dog up this morning, we have an appointment to go pick her up tonight at 7, and yes everyone, first thing I did this morning was order her an I.D. tag and also she will be microchipped tonight...
Thankyou to everybody and I am now a doglost helper to help anyone who needs it xxxx

No problem at all. Just remembered there used to be dog training classes held at Christ Church Hall at the bottom of Fox Hill Road, might be worth checking if it still exists as lots of doggie people could spread the word also the hall gets used a lot and postering there would also spread the word - also dog kennels at Niagara Police Club - might be worth postering there and in the social club. There is also the greyhound kennels on Claywheels Lane, they walk the dogs locally so may have seen something. Will do all I can to help - lets get her home safe XX

thankyou Mells that is so kind of you, yes will be postering everywhere and I won't stop till I get her back, I keep trying cliff kennels, can't get through but will do and I will try Rainbow kennels, thanks for the information ..x
And thanks for the kind wishes goldenfrodo x

As this area is not far from Woodland especially Grenoside, Wharncliffe Crags area it would be worth contacting Rainbow Kennels, Cliffe Kennels also take in strays. Poster the Wortley area too, very feasible that a dog could wander that way. I will poster in S35 and ask locals, also will poster the vets in that area. My mum lives in S6 I will ask her to put the word out at the walking groups she attends. Praying for Stars safe return.

Have spoken to Stars owner jewelstar who is about to go out postering. There is a thread for Star on the Sheffield Forum which will spread the news to lots of local people who are very proactive in helping owners ! Stars garden backs onto playing fields and it is thought she could have run in this direction. Hopefully someone has taken her in and will inform the DOG WARDEN today which they are required to do BY LAW. Hoping to see Star back home very soon x PamLast edited: 2011-03-09 11:27:20 by Jumanji - Co-ordinator.South.Yorkshire
