- Other Info GSD running loose on by-pass between Hoyland and Wombwell at 8:45 this morning. It looked in poor condition and was wearing a red collar. Phone number is of the lady who stopped to try and catch the dog.

- Can try get over there tomorrow & sunday. Its mega busy around there- bypass link up to M1 amongst other places.
Will cross post onto Facebook as I have friends around area. Jumanji not far away too. If some one can take food up - it must be holed up somewhere not too far away.

- The lady kindly tried to catch the dog but she gave up as dog kept running closer to the road. Dog warden was called but refused to come out unless dog had been caught. Local radio were called.

Please ensure that you notify your local Dog Warden and the local Police Station - in Scotland you MUST inform your local Police Station and if possible contact the Dog Warden also.
The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
