  • Other Info Hi all, I found this boy this morning just as I got into town, wandering round on his own, no collar, managed to take my belt of my jeans and put round him. Found phone number for dog warden, only to find out they do not work weekends. Took him to the police station, where I was told they do not take in strays anymore and I should have left him where he was!!! They told me of a kennels on the A1 called The Lodge, I got the phone number from them and phoned them up. So at 11am they arrived to pick him up and

I have just had a call from the dog warden who told me this gorgeous boy was claimed by his owners. I phoned The Lodge kennels to confirm this, and she said yes he was returned to his owner the same evening as he was microchipped. I am so so pleased as he was a lovely lad.

Yes there was a patch on his back and on his tail, didn't know whether he had had some fur shaved recently or whether Its due to something else. Also the tip of his tail looked quite sore.

updated colour to Brindle and White - he looks to have some hair loss on his back and tail

They arrived at 11 am and took him back to kennels. Gorgeous little boy, spent two hours with him this morning while trying to get help, and was constantly licked and mobbed, he has a very waggy tail. He Is an entire male, I put staffordshire cross as he has a long muzzle, so not sure if maybe English bull terrier cross staffie. Would love to have kept him for the weekend, but have two dogs of my own who are not dog friendly. Lady who picked him up from the kennels estimates he is approx 2 years old. Hope someone Is looking for this boy, he Is just adorable.
