Hi Sharon.... i also read this story about her ex partner on another site, i can't get my head around why he would steal a dog of a child, it's sick. Take care. xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Good advise for the likes as you and me Caroline, but we dont know what kind of person the lady would be dealing with. Think it was mentioned on the other site the dog is very likely to have been sold on. If the owner in question is reading this will you let us know how its going. Good luck SharonLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Awww that is just awful, i know what you mean, that sort of revenge on a partner is nasty enough, but on a child as well! Can you not stake out the ex partners house and steal the dog back when he's out? As dog theft is not a crime (according to our wonderful police force) - you wouldn't be breaking the law! Well Im sure its the same dog I read about elsewhere. A woman bought him for her son and her ex partner broke in their home made alot of mess (thrown paint about, thats why it states the dog may have paint on it) and stole the dog. Not sure if its the childs father but what an heartless thing to do. Get back at not just the ex partner but her child too. The police have been informed but its the same old story. How can you do that to someone you obviously once cared about this is more evil than the usual taking of a strangers dog. Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
