pleased this girl is home. Was worried with her running on the train tracks. There are so many lovely Staffies in rescue maybe someone could suggest the family rescue one for their family x

Just had a very tearful owner on the phone and am delighted to say Sandy has been found. Owner went into a pub (i think) with Sandy's photo and someone recognised her as the dog a Portugese family had found. They had looked after her very well and the children have become very attached to her so owner is going to take Sandy to visit them from time to time.

Owners have put up posters in the area Sandy was spotted running frightened up and down the road.

I have just spoken to the owner and she has arranged for an advert to go into the Lincolnshire free press on Tuesday. Given her the number of Lincs FM.

I have spoken to Sergeant Miller from the transport Police at Peterborough and she was extremely helpful. She called the Lincolnshire Transport Police and discovered that a dog was reported running on the railways lines on Friday afternoon, incident number 325, however nothing else was recorded so the dog must have been ok and moved off.
