- Microchip number has now been noted. According to anibase the number is showing up on system but is not registered. Owner would need to send on deatils by fax on a form. In meantime as doglost has a pin code access i have asked that the doglost number togther with the ID of Birchille ( ie 28904) is added on record now togther with my mobile. If Birchile is picked up out of area where dog wardens are not aware then the scan will reveal the chip number and when they phone details will now be given.

- spoken to owner. Birchile went missing from home which is Boxley village near the church. Howver walks take her around the area accross to detling over fields etc so knows this area very well.
A lot of stables etc so advised getting posters to these places so riders can keep an eye open on rides. Area is very rural and is basically bordered by motoways M20 M2 and A 249 ( Detling Hill)
plus of course we have the pilgrims way running close plus the North downs way as well is very close.
Lots of walking areas and bridle tracks so hopefully will be spotted soon.
IRISH chips should show up on scanners but it is whether the chip number has been registered in UK. Emilaing some more deatils to owner and suggesting try to get chip number . CJ
Really be better if can get hold of number from Ireland so can check what details are held. - 2011-03-31 11:01 Jayne - Founder Doglost.
- Went off with another dog that returned alone. It is thought that someone has picked her up and not contacted owner.

- Was this in the woods near Bluebell Hill? There's a gun club round that way. Would be good to hand a poster in and blitz Boxley. xxx

- Sorry to see that BIRCHILE STILL MISSING is missing.
- If your dog is microchipped please let the microchip company know that your dog is missing and check that all details are up to date.
- Owners targeted by a malicious hoaxer demanding money for the return of their dog should phone the police on 101 immediately and contact admin@doglost.co.uk
- A photograph of your dog is essential for the website. If you have not already uploaded one, please do so by clicking on Update details. Alternatively you can email it to admin@doglost.co.uk quoting the dog's DogLost ID number: (28904)
