- Here are the details of the owner's stolen car:
Poppy was in a Dark Blue Renault Megane which was parked on Nottingham Road, Wollaton Park, Notts on Monday afternoon - when the owner (our close friend who is in his eighties and going frantic!) returned to his car, the car was stolen along with Poppy.

- I'm very sorry to see that Poppy is missing and will certainly keep an eye out for her. If we can have details of the car - and especially the area if it is recovered - it would help to know in which direction Poppy was taken and therefore where best to look, though if she was dumped it could of course still have been in Wollaton area. I am not sure which local authority area Wollaton comes under, but Broxtowe will at least be a neighbouring one and the Dog Warden there is very helpful - tel. 0115 917 7777. Other possible ones to try are Nottingham City (0115 915 5555), Ashfield (01623 450 000), Gedling (0115 901 3901), Rushcliffe (0115 981 9911), Erewash (0115 907 2244). Good luck Poppy, hope you're soon back home safe and well.

Poppy most likely will have been dumped when theives stopped to change number plates as they do with stolen vehicles. - 2011-04-06 10:16 Shereen
