Unfortunately no one came forward to claim this lovely girl. After two weeks of being cared for at Lanarkshire Animal rescue and rehoming centre she was rehomed to a new forever home.

I picked this dog up and it stayed with us on Friday night before going to the police on Saturday morning. She's young, less than 6 months I would say. We have an 11 month old vizsla (who is very small for the breed) and she was about the same size as her and very puppy like.

This dog is now at Bothwell Bridge kennels in Lanarkshire if you are the owner and want her back. She has been reserved by a family and will be going there soon if owner does not appear to claim her.I agree that Ruby does look very like the found dog, but she does not have the gold markings on the eyebrows that the found dog has. Worth checking out though.Last edited: 2011-04-11 15:37:01 by Sable - Regional Co-ordinator - Scotland
