Have just seen this. How sad. Perhaps Poppy is now in a place where cats and dogs play together at Rainbow Bridge. RIP you two, now in Gods arms. Night Nightxxx

Can you confirm where she went missing on here you said scrub land behind the Derby school but on the posters you are putting up say Elton res not much difference in distance but a long way with terrain ie steep river banks and canal

hi ive just spoken to poppys owner made her aware of dog on found section (very sadly deceased) i think only about 12-13 miles from bl9, poppys owner will ring contact number

If she got onto EL Railway she could be from there to heywood or Rawtenstall worth putting posters in these areas. Heywood vets aware e mailed a member of staff there when it came in.

Walked up the river from st gabs to monkey bridge( where you walk under metro in a caged walkway) then down the canal. NTR

Is she a timid dog? Have you checked the area between the river and monkey bridge may have headed that way if timid away from the kids will walk that way tonight.
