Owners children are over the moon to have him back and keep cuddling him. I've advised they get Preston NEUTERED a.s.a.p. and recommended somewhere to take him that do it at a very reduced rate. Owner said they will send a reunited photo.

Pleased to report Preston is HOME, he was found in Runcorn. Had an email from his owner. They would like to pass on their thanks for our help and support.

preston is back...via his chip...found locally...but has not been out for 18 days...clever dog escaping...and clever dog finder to catch him and take him to the vets to be scanned...owner would like to thank everyone for their help...

If I get to speak to Preston's family will update exactly whereabouts in Widnes, I think it was around the McDonald's side of Widnes, but he could be anywhere by now. Jan x

Photo recieved via email and now uploaded. His colouring looks more Tan & White to me than Tri, tried to contact owner for an update and discuss his colouring.

Just spoken to one of his owners, the found dog in the L24 area was not him. Still not received a photo of Preston, owners are having problems trying to send one. Other owner is at work at the moment I'll try and speak to them again this evening re the photo. Jan x

Spoken to owner now and given advice. Gone through a few of the found on the AW's site, the one found in L24 is feasible as not that far. The date on the AW site is not necessarily the found or missing date but date they are registered with them.

Family have been checking in person Halewood RSPCA (this is where he would go if picked up) and also Cheshire Dog's Home. The DW/AW and local vets have been contacted. He has been reported to Petlog. Have an email address to send info/advice for the area and I'll update the details now for the poster and soon as photo/s have been received via email I'll upload and do various size posters. Postering has not been getting done up to now but will be a.s.a.p. Jan x
