Very very pleased to be able to pop this gorgeous little girl into the BLUE ! Mimi has a microchip, thankfully & so when she was found straying from wherever she had been for these last few months she was able to be returned to her rightful owner at the address on the microchip. A great big thank you to all those who helped this happen, you are wonderful!
Mimi's owners are overjoyed at getting their little dog back, the whole family had been distraught & had never given up on searching.
Welcome home Mimi. Into the blue you go sweetheart.XXXX Last edited: 2013-06-26 13:02:34 by Aunt Stef - Area Volunteer, West London

Is this the same area, Harrow Weald, off Weald Lane, or was she staying at a different address with the family member? Thanks.

Mimi has gone missing again. She was staying with a family member while owners were away & got out of the garden . The family member didn't want to upset the children & didn't let the owners know until they returned . Owners are now desperately trying to get word out there & search for Mimi who actually went missing about 2 months ago (February) . I will put Mimi back into the LOST section, pop her up on Facebook Doglost West London & request twitter. Dog Wardens, vets etc will be informed. Please share this as much as possible to get this little dog home. Thank you.

Mimi has arrived safely back with her family this morning. None of the children did much sleeping last night and now they got to decide between them who's bed Mimi will be sleeping in.
You wouldn't have know Mimi had been away from her family for nearly a year, she responds to her name and has curled up on her owners lap as if nothing had happened. Mimi even now has a new Male friend to play with on her home. What a fantastic outcome !

Very good news! But wasn't there another little lost dog found there recently? Ruby the tiny CKC Spaniel? I wonder if there's something going on around there.

Mimi Has been found in bedfordshire by dog warden. Dog is being taken back tomorrow morning by myself. Owner has been informed. :-D

Ruislip & Uxbridge police will not take stray dogs in - I tried that back in 2008! However Dogs Trust West London (Harefield) were very helpful and managed to get the dog back to its rightful owner, so make sure they haven't escaped your radar. Michelle

Have just spoken to Mimi's owner. Mimi got out of the garden on her own but could have been picked up by someone who hasn't reported her as found yet ! The area she was lost in is Harrow Weald, just off Weald Lane. There have not been any sightings of her as far as her owner knows, the sighting of a Chihuahau was Minnie in Harlow Essex, not Mimi, sadly.Posters are everywhere, vets in the area are being informed as well as DWs,rescues, chip company & kennels. Mimi's family are devasted & need their little dog home .Last edited: 2011-05-21 22:11:39 by Aunt Stef - Area Volunteer, West London

This sighting wouldn't be Potter Street by any chance. If so, this is Northwood Hills about 4/6 miles from Harrow, depending on which part of Harrow this ittle one went missing from.

Thanks Jane.Have sent owner another request for an update.
