Yes Jennie from K9 Search has been working on this little one all day. This is her original post:

Im so p****d off, why cant vets follow the law. In May this year a little dog without any ID, was run over on A45 between Birmingham & Coventry. She lost an eye. The vets did not report the find to anyone, they rehomed her. Fortunately the new owner can no longer keep her, so the vet have now tried to find her real owner......one call to K9 Search UK and we are 99.9% that this found dog is missing Tinkerbell!

And this was the outcome just now:

WHOOOOOOP! I am very pleased to confirm that the dog is Tinkerbell. She was so excited to see her family and shes now on her way home!

Will try and contact Sue to confirm this as from the comments she has been liaising with the family.

Welcome Home Tinkerbell :)Last edited: 2011-10-26 15:21:08 by Jackalee (Kathryn) - Area Co-ordinator - Greater Manchester

Sorry to hear that there's been no news on Tinkerbell. Make sure her posters are still up and keep in contact with everyone that you reported her to and let them know she's still missing.

Hi there my tinkerbell is still missing
CarolineMurphy
Hey! Have you considered a facebook "missing" group? They really help. I can help you set one up or run one for you if need be but it's certainly a great idea for publicising their disappearance :( xxx

Make sure Birmingham Dogs Home have a poster New Bartholomew Street, Birmingham, B5 5QS Tel: 0121 643 5211.

If it's quite rural are there any unused buildings or other places that she could have got trapped in?

If there are any farms in the area make sure they know about her too.
Doncald34
Hi no we don't get many people walking around her but we do have a pub at the end of are lane and it can get busy I have put a poster up in there and all round were I live
Unknown
That looks quite close to the NEC and also the M42 plus B4438. Just wondered how postering has been going as it looks quite secluded (road wise) do many people walk around that area? Liz xxLast edited: 2011-06-02 17:26:36
