this may be a bit of a goose chase but celia cross (sun valley) greyhound rescue have had a few of theses "grizzle" types in over the years , possible grey/saluki/collie, not far from farnborough.He's the twin of my boy from there & he's an excellent companion.

I do so hope this lovely boy stays with his finder. He should not be returned to his'owner'. His emaciated state is not just due to a couple of days without food! xx

yes he is emaciated...left behind on the ridgeway by coursers...so could be from anywhere in the country...
