- Yes that is correct presuming correct procedures have been followed and the dog has been reported to the local council and under their care.

- they do their 7 days at the pound then if not claimed by their owner are put up for adoption,,hope they do find her ;-( if not then she gets a new forever home ;-)

SS4 is Rochford/Ashingdon area of Essex. I am not sure of the exact location found but if posters are up around Ashingdon Road, I presume its someone in the locality there. I'm not that far aware and haven't, as yet, heard of any missing. - 2011-05-30 09:03 mandym

Please ensure that you notify your local Dog Warden and the local Police Station - in Scotland you MUST inform your local Police Station and if possible contact the Dog Warden also.
The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
Please check on our Missing pages in case the Found dog has been registered as missing with us.
