FANTASTIC news Jackalee, thanks for the regular text updates and WELL DONE for all you have done. Been a nail biting 24 hours waiting for the news she was on her way back HOME. Ade must be over the moon he has worked so hard and it has paid off with an excellent result.

THANK YOU to the Oldham Advertiser for putting something in the paper and a MASSIVE THANK YOU to the caller. Have great pleasure now in moving the gorgeous Suki into the BLUE. Jan x

SUKI IS HOME - woo hoo ! It's been a very long 24 hours and Ade didn't want anything posting until she was back home with him. I'm not going to go into too much detail as Ade wants to do that himself, when he is back on earth lol x She was reunited as a direct result of the newspaper article. He got that all important phonecall. Thank you Oldham Advertiser :))Last edited: 2011-07-08 23:08:12 by Jackalee (Kathryn) - Area Co-ordinator - Greater Manchester

Ade has posted on FB that there is an article about Suki in todays Oldham Advertiser. Hope this will bring him some good news. Can Suki be bumped because of the article?
DogLostJackalee (Kathryn) - Area Co-ordinator - Greater Manchester
Ade, you have a brilliant support group on here and Suki's FB page, none of us will be giving up on her anytime soon and you are doing a fantastic job. Have you tried the Oldham Chron to see if they will do an article on Suki? :)
ade.brandwood@hotmail.co.uk
Pixie, no thanks needed, my mum has two dalmations, 9 and 11, they're such good natured beautiful dogs, bit daft and boisterious as pups but so good natured and dont worry wont give up on Suki, another possible sighting on Greenacres Road a man with a similar one this time so hopefully better luck x
Pixie
Thank you Ade for your comments re Jaxx. I have looked at Suki and have been keeping tabs on many of the lost dogs to see how people are getting on. I completely understand the anguish you are going through and I hope you have a positive result. Jaxx was the most loving and affectionate dog you could ever want and loved the life we shared as a family. We are so very fortunate that he came into our lives and he will be desperately missed and always loved. Fingers crossed you get Suki home soon. X
Lennie
Will keep my eye out on all the rescue sites in the area xxx

Just found out that Casper (husky) has travelled about 12 miles out from home, so we need to poster at least 15 miles to be on safe side. x
DogLostKimmybear - Area Co-ordinator, Essex & Hertfordshire borders
On Casper's page (husky, East Anglia) a husky has been handed in at Norfolk. Need to check in case Suki. Don't have any further info but see Casper's page.
DogLostKimmybear - Area Co-ordinator, Essex & Hertfordshire borders
Maybe owners should contact DogWardens, vets, rescues etc in that 30 mile radius, maybe further. When these dogs run that really run. And, hate to say it, but check with Network Rail just to rule it out. Also check the Highway departments/agencies for 30 miles, i.e. neighbouring councils and county councils. Come on Suki, come home now darling. x
DogLostKimmybear - Area Co-ordinator, Essex & Hertfordshire borders
Feel they need to widen the search area quite a lot. Another Husy on DogLost, Casper, has run from East Anglia into to Essex in a definite triangle, so maybe owners and helpers in a much bigger area need to be postering? 30 mile radius maybe? Just a thought. x
jo
On looking through Suki's fb page chances are that if someone has taken her she has been sold on due to public interest. This person may or may not know that the owner is desperate to get his dog home to his loving family where she belongs. Someone somewhere must know something - please do the right thing and give Ade any information you may know that could help in bringing Suki back home.
So wish I was closer to help in the search......Is there any chance of getting more posters out to cover a larger area. Suki has very distinctive markings and would soon be recognised - she's out there somewhere - could a mention not be put on local radio station or in newspaper.....
mandym
Shared on f/b page, i hope Suki is home soon.....
Kaz
May be worth contacting the rottie cross missing in OL4 combine posters to cover a larger area faster etc

I am saddened to find out that some people are claiming to know where Suki is and stating that they require a fee for the so called information that they hold,is it not bad enough to lose a pet, must Ade be put through even more stress, the guy is only receiving job seekers allowance,he has no spare money, he just wants his friend back
