- I get so angry with some of the so call caring dog wardens, that say they can't come unless the dog is contained, WE NEED YOUR HELP get of your back side and start showing that you do care about helpless animals, you could also try the RSPCA inspector, but then again, don't hold your breath, I really hope this little soul is found soon, he must now be suffering.

- Thank you Kimmybear. I did contact the dog warden straight away but they wont come out unless it is already contained. They did say they would keep a look out for it. I will keep looking, although I dont live in that area, I was just on the way to a job there on Saturday. I have gone out since armed with cold sausages but havent seen him. I will put up some posters. I just wish I knew he was safe

- Did think of Landy - but not sure where he was lost from now. Liz xx or there was a white female found by a family and it then escaped. I will have to do some searching.Last edited: 2011-05-31 16:49:08

- Hello June. Firstly, it is so nice to see people like you try to help a poor dog. Bless you. What we can do is contact any helpers in the area to ask they keep a look out, I'm not sure of how many helpers we have out that way, but may I suggest, if you can, that you print off a few posters and put them in the area. This way you or DogLost may get a call. Then maybe we can help reunite this dog with a loved one, or rescue him/her. And, as stated below, do contact the dog warden for your area. Check on the mising dog sites too including our pages to see you recognise him. It is very possible to catch this dog if you persevere. If I was there, I'd be with you, but I'm too far away. There are many things that can be done. Please try. Let us know if you have a sighting and we can help further. Good luck.

- Thank you for taking the time to list this found dog and ensuring the safety of the dog.
Please ensure that you notify your local Dog Warden and the local Police Station - in Scotland you MUST inform your local Police Station and if possible contact the Dog Warden also.
The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.

If possible please add a photo as this greatly assists our work in matching Found dogs with Missing dogs.
