Just had a phone call from Monty's owner and am pleased to say he has been found. A lady heard him barking and after following the noise found him in a woodland copse with his lead wrapped around a tree and his muzzle still on. Bless him he has lost quite a bit of weight but is ok. Owner would like to thank DogLost for all the help and has offered to help.

a dog went missing and was reunited 24.5 her name was jess please read the comments and talk to the owner the dog was being walked on the washingborough path off ferry lane is there a connection as we need to get posters up warning people they are after the reward money do not go down to the site??????????

Thanks for doing the flyers and poster Helen. I have just spoken to Monty's owner and she was very greatful for your help. Owner has contacted all the relevant authorities and seems to be doing all the right things. Monty just shot off while out walking, probably after a rabbit. I have explained about scenting and triangular plotting.
