Pip was re-homed by us to Low Bradfield. Now he is back I am hoping that Pip's owner will now understand when told "Do not have him off the lead untill 100% sure on his recall."

I would like to add my thanks to all those who helped in printing and putting up of posters when Pip first went missing. Special thanks to Jumanji for all the time she dedicated.

Wow!! Just had a look on the map, he's gone right across High Peak National Park, about 20 miles. If only he could talk. At least there would have been lots of rabbits etc. along the way. Welcome Home Pip :) x

I had a call this morning with the FANTASTIC news that Pip has been found In Glossop !!!! He was found on a caravan site there and was thankfully checked for a microchip .... and a big thankyou to them !! Pip is yet to be collected but its such a relief to know he is safe and has survived for the last 2 months ! Welcome home Pip and PLEASE stay safe from now on xx

Many thanks for the wider spread of alerts.

Went across yesterday, Saturday, to review where the trap is set up and repositioned it. The food had been taken twice without the trap being set off, think the food too far in and Pip, if it is him going in, simply has missed putting his paws on the treadle.

Spoke to a number of people whilst there and have two confirmed sightings earlier in the week, Weds or Thurs, so he is still in the area. One man almost caught him but he slipped passed and ran up the same road he has been seen along most often.

Have now been around the area where Pip is missing, many thanks to Jumanji for your help on Monday. Lots more posters put up yesterday and again today. Also a different trap has been set up as the other one was not easy for Pip's owner to reset, hopefully this one will be easier and will entice Pip inside.

Request to Jane -Head Office; Could an alert be put out to helpers in postcode areas S6* and S7* , e.g. S61, S62 etc and S71, S72 etc. Those areas around Sheffield, Rotherham and Barnsley could be useful as a lot of dog owners from there go to the area around where Pip is missing for longer walks at week-ends. Thanks.

Sadly Pip has not gone into the trap yet and there has been no sign of him in the area for a few days now. Have just noticed we have somehow not sent any email alerts out for him so we will get this organised ASAP !!

Thanks to all x yes Teddys Mum-JW he is a very nervous and timid boy and is has obviously found a good place to hide up during the day. Trap being set up now ........ everything crossed xx

Very good he keeps returning home. He is obviously very nervous. Maybe he thinks he will get told off, if he is a rescue without history. Good luck, I am sure you will have him soon.

Hi Silver Cww, could you please post the following on your forum
If not already done so this 'found' dog needs reporting to the local dogwarden it could be that the dog has run off.
Could you also please ask the finder to contact me directly via my rescue address at dash01@btinternet.com.
With regards to PIP - missing from LOW BRADFIELD- seen around the village- was actually outside the owners house but disappeared before she could entice him in. Any help would be appreciated in the area
Silver Cww
HI,
I'm guessing S6 is kind of Sheffield area? I noticed a black and white dog has been found in this area on another site I go on. I have attached a link to the posters ad and she has also included a photo. Is this your dog?
