That is just the best news. I am so pleased they will now be found lovely new homes. As I said before I do wish people would realise that a dog is for always and not just until they get fed up with them At least this has a happy ending. xx

JULIE B.- HOPEFULLY THESE 3 WILL BE OK BUT I OFTEN WONDER OUT OF ALL THE FOUND DOGS HOW MANY GET A SECOND CHANCE OF A LOVING HOME ESPECIALLY THE STAFFIES AND ROTTIES BECAUSE WE DONT ALWAYS KNOW THE OUTCOME.

Me too - I do hope they are all 3 safe as they really dont deserve to have their lives ended. Why oh why dont people realise that a dog is for life ...... and not just until you get bored of it ! x

Thanks everyone DW does regulary look at the Found Pages so will be aware of your comments, 2 out of there have found rescue spaces so far which is brilliant!
No owners have come forward,,,to-date

I have fostered before and have space for the pup.
can d/w contact bully befrienders(Jan) or Algernon Trust (Jane) or alldogsmatter to see if they will back up? please dont destroy these dogs, try dogs trust salisbury, they do take in staffie poundies. but the puppy will be safe with me if no one else will help. they are lovely dogs, how about a whippet rescue for the Xbreed bitch?

IT BREAKS MY HEART TO SEE DOGS IN THIS SITUATION-HOW WOULD THEIR OWNERS LIKE IT. A DOG IS SUPPOSED TO BE MANS BEST FRIEND. BUT TO BE SO FRIENDLY THEY MUST HAVE BEEN ONCE LOVED-HOPEULLY THE ARTICLE MAY FIND THEIR OWNERS/NEW HOMES. HAVE YOU TRIED THE STAFFIE RESCUES, ALL DOGS MATTER, MUTTS-IN -DISTRESS. POOR STAFFIES GET A RAW DEAL IN LIFE AND MOSTLY DOWN TO BAD OWNERSHIP. FINGERS CROSSED THEY ARE NOT PTS.

Please look at the lovely friendly Staffies sadly no owner has come forward perhaps they have been dumped. Please cross post that they need a home Rescue or Foster placement Thanks xxx

Red Staff x - about 3 years old. Timid to begin with but only for 5 mins and not a shred of aggression in her. Really friendly and loves cuddles - think its also more timid being in kennels then her natural state. Really calm and well behaved with other dogs but will play as well
PTS date - Monday 27th

Brindle staff x puppy - about 5 months old. Tigger type! bouncy bouncy but massively friendly and starting to learn sit etc. Adores other dogs although does like to bounce on their heads. Spent the night with the finder and his boxer bitch with no problems
PTS - Friday 24th

Brindle crossbreed - terrier x whippet x staff? about 4 years old. Spends most of time trying to get into your lap! Extremely friendly and good with other dogs too if a little bouncy

Thank you for taking the time to list this found dog and ensuring the safety of the dog.
Please ensure that you notify your local Dog Warden and the local Police Station - in Scotland you MUST inform your local Police Station and if possible contact the Dog Warden also.
The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
Please check on our Missing pages in case the Found dog has been registered as missing with us.
If possible please add a photo as this greatly assists our work in matching Found dogs with Missing dogs.
